The seed phrase is case sensitive, and space sensitive. It is important that you don't have any space in, before or after a word by accident or mixing up a capital/lowercase letter.

PS: You will NEVER need to use your seed phrase/import a wallet to participate in Anything.

Sometimes the network is slow, try to change your main net. At the computer you do it at the trade screen, top left corner.

At solodex and xumm you do it at "settings -> Advanced -> node"
